Recently...

In this passage of Mark, Jesus explained to his disciples why the Son of Man came to earth. In this sermon, Pastor Cynthia looks at this core statement in the light of Jesus' other teachings and shows us how this ancient wisdom applies to our lives, including family, school, neighborhood and work. Gospel of Mark 10:32-45

Evangelism

THE LITTLE RED WAGON...Continues!

Thank you and Congratulations!

During November & December
2011, Smith Memorial's Little Red Wagon donated over

785 pounds of food to SnowCap.

Recognizing that there will always be the hungry in our community, the Evangelism commission has decided to continue the mission of the Little Red Wagon throughout 2012.
A big thank you also to Del Flener who  has agreed to continue taking our donations to SnowCap every other week. S
nowCap will continue to distribute the food to hundreds of families in need.

Please donate useful items that are always welcome:

ALL CONDIMENTS…they go VERY quickly, Tuna, Chili or other canned ‘meals’, Soup, Top Ramen Noodles (the small cases are very inexpensive…especially on sale!), canned vegetables, canned fruit, canned juice, baby food, baby formula and diapers.

Soundwave after school music lessons

SOUNDWAVE has STARTED!

Private lessons are available in drum set, keyboard and guitar.  Call us to schedule with one of our teachers.

We offer small group classes in keyboard, drums and guitar.  We are also looking into starting a singing class and an art class!

**To keep tuition low, a minimum number of students must register in order for a class to be held. Early registration will guarantee that the class you want will be held and that there will be space for your student.
